Last Week Of the November..

The last week of the November seems very fast because I still remember events that happen during the day I go to school. This week seems that the Christmas starts. The week starts that we were cleaning and the CAT officers are shouting "Seniors, Fall in .....". Then we got in the court where the flag ceremony held. In this week the new schedule starts. We are happy to be early in the lunch time but we are sad because we will go home late because our last subject is Chemistry, but that is not become bad effect because our teacher is going home with the school bus. We have plenty quizzes in Chemistry but some of my grades are high, none are low. We have the division test in Chem., but I got low grades. My score was not on half. On the other subjects we have just discussed new lessons. But in AP we have not move a lesson because our discussion is too slow that we are not answering our teachers questions. Last Friday (November 28) we have exchange gift. It is nice that I received a kit chain from my friend, Harry.

...Math Festival...

The festival started in this week. The students are preparing for the said festival. The preparation took 2 days of our time. The math club lead the festival and they have made it colorful and cheerful. My classmates are alomost preparing for the Festival. They are practicing for the math jingle, MATHABA contest, Math Quiz and many more. The day came the festival started we have noticed that it is like really a fiesta. The flaglets, banners and the essence of fiesta. We have watch the Math quiz. They are very serious in the test. Then, we have watch the part two of the Math Quiz that the all of the third years are qualified in that level. The afternoon, we have watched and laughed in the Mr. and Mrs. Mathaba of the different year levels. We have watch our own contestants , Martin and Kathreen. Then, we have watched the performances of the 3rd years in the Math Jingles. In the Math Jingle they won the first place. Unfortunately, in the Mr. And Miss Mathaba they were not able to win and they are the last placer. Then we have celebrated for them. We have praised Martin that he have done his job and he have able to finish the contest without any shy. Then, we have finish our Wish List because of that we have wished for our new gifts for the Christmas. We have done.

Test Week for the 2nd Periodical Grading

On the first day we have our test in Math, English, A.P. and Statistics. The test are hard. We almost not finish the test. Before a test starts we have reviewed so we will not fail. Then, we are halfday that first day of the test. We go home 12:00. The next day we have the 2nd day of the test. We have taken the test in Chemistry, Physics, Anal. Geom, Filipino and MAPEH. We are half day but we must

November 10-14 2008

Last Monday, we must have falg ceremony but the rain was so hard, so we don't have flag ceremony. In the first class,Physics, we have checked our test papers but we are not able to finish checking. We were happy that our teacher in A.P. is in good mood and we have a good discussion. We have checked also our test papers in English. I got low grades there.
This Tuesday, We have continue discussing in A.P. and continue checking the test papers in Physics. Then, we have done our Term Paper in English. Wednesday, we have made our ScinoDama board and we have check our test papers. In our Statistics we have a new lesson then it is very confusing but when you asked help to our classmates it is not hard anymore. Thursday, our teacher in Physics but we have seatwork to be done. We have our classes in TRC in our P.E. time. Friday, we have started cleaning ou classroom for the PTC in the afternoon. the PTC came, when my classmates parent get outside in the room and show them the card they will cry and I'm pity of them. The day end that my mother is scolding me because of my grades and thinking of ways to have higher grades.

Activity Last Friday

The activity was planned by our teacher/adviser it is a new activity for us it is done by writing on the piece of paper our three hatest and three closest. Then, we have presented our closest classmate by describing him or her. All of us presented. Then at the last part our teacher requested us to write in the one closest and one hatest. I received 4 letters that I'm the hatest. I realize it beacuse there are times I'm teasing my classmates with our reasons. Then, we have the flag retreat and we got home.

The Week of Our Intramurals

The week almost focuses on the the Intramural. The whole week has something to do with our Intramural. The first day is our first day of Intramural also. In the first day we have the opening ceremony and the cheer dancing contest, we were happy to be the champion in the cheer dancing. Next is the Mr. and Mrs. Physique competition. The contestants are gorgeous. But we were not able to get the 1st place instead we got the 2nd place. The next day we have regular classes but some class are not discussed because of several meetings about the Intramural. The 3rd day we have the 2nd day of the Intramural. We have watch the games competing by our team mates. 4th day we have the 2rd day of our Intramural, for the 2st time I have played in the Sepak Takraw. Then we won the match. I'm so happy that I score point.

Battel Between the Badminton Boys

The game started at the time of 2:00 PM. The game fought with the players fro Red Macintosh and the Blue Vaio. The Red Macintosh's representative made his best but he didn't won against the Blue Vaio's representative. The game was to fast receiving strong spikes the Red Macintosh, Elizaga, felt tired of catching Blue Vaio's, Alaman. The first set ended with Alaman's favor. Then the game was over the Blue Vaio won the Championship in Badminton

October 6, 2008

It was the first day of our Intramurals. The day started with the giving of our uniform and the payments for it. The quarters were prepared and we have stayed there in the whole day. It is very happy day. We have go to the GYM to watch the cheerleading, Mr. and Mrs. Physique and other funny events. First is the cheers from different teams and the dance cheers. We our happy watching and getting the first place in the cheer dancing. Then it follows the Mr. and Mrs. Physique of the teams. Our teams just won the 2nd place but it is good also that were not the last. After that we have our lunch break. After our break the players go to the respective areas that they will play the game. The other games was postponed because of the heavy rain. I gone home very wet. We last the day happy and excited in the next day of the Intramurals.

Start of the October

Monday, we have our flag ceremony very early and the Molecules and "Ang Molekyus" led the ceremony. Tuesday, we have passed the requirements in the Intramural. First day of the October (Wednesday) we don't have classes but not only us because that day is a regular holiday. We have done the meeting about the Intramural. We have completed our requirements in the Intramural. We are also done having the medical examination in the school. I'm so scared of having the medical but when it finished. All of my classmates are very excited in the Intramural. Thursday we don't have flag ceremony and some of the students practiced in the respective games that they will join. Then, we don't have again classes last Friday ( October 3) because of the Alay Lakad.

People who I Inspire Most

I inspire most is my father. He has qualities I've never possessed. He is industrious, always working all day and night just to have us money to spend in the day. He is also patient, staying under the strong heat of the sun just to finish his work. His perseverance that is unbreakable, making us convenient by giving us lot of money from his work.
But all of that is nothing compare to his lovable qualities, we are always going out all of us family to have some fun.

September 15- September 2

1st we have our flag ceremony. Afterwards on all the subject we have just review for the test tomorrow. Then we have some longest in some subjects.
2nd day we have our first day of the PT. We take our PT in the Gymnasium (star, math and Filipino) we were half day.
3rd day we take the 2nd day of the PT we have take the test to fast and we are half day that day.
4th and Last day- we have just checked the test papers and recorded some of our scores

My First Week of September

As ussual we have our falg ceremony. Hairs were checked good i have my haircut. This week we have our Film viewing in English. The story is about an ambitious boy who dreams of rocket flying. It is a good movie. It inspire me of my dreams. Next we watch is the " Dekada '70" in Suring Pelikula. It is a good story also about the life of Filipinos during Martial Law. We have our reporting in P.E. about German folk dances. Our group were not ready. But we perform the dance steps clearly. I think that we have low grades in that report.

My Weekly Lifestyle

My classmates are very excited in the field trip. They were to noisy because of that. We are half day last friday and I have done my projects this afternoon. This week also I have taken the P.T. I wish I would have a high score in this P.T. We have also our rehersals in the preparation in the play in English. We acted as the rallies. I a'm shy even it is just rehearsal. In reseaech we have none because Sir is sicked that time. We have new lesson in Chemistry the kinds of MIXTURES. And we have conducted an activity about solutions,colloids and suspension.

This Week Lifestyle

This Monday we don't have classes.
Physics- we have done the activity about the concave mirror,like we do last Friday.
A.P. - We have done our activity in reporting about the empires in India. We have quiz and almost all of us failed. We have recited our opinion about if we will pass the A.P. project.
English- We have just continue lecturing and we JUST have Long Test. It is really LONG. After that day we just checked it.
Chemistry- We have new performers Papa dance "LOW", Charmaine sung, and Kim sung "Ako ay may Lobo" and danced " Papaya". We have studied determining the mass, volume and the no. of moles and particles in a substance.
Filipino- We just check the assignments and check the quiz about Noli Me Tangere.
Math- we studied function, not function, domain, range and ordinate.
MAPEH- We discussed in Music the Peking Opera. In Arts none and in HEALTH the discussing about the Food Borne-Diseases.

This Week Unforgetable Moments

Help!!!- Upon discussing the Topic in Chemistry about the Putting Out Fires. Our teacher tells us stories. We like the saving the girl. The boy asked what he will do if someone was unconscious. The boy said that he will bring the unconsious person in the flag pole and remove it's bra. Then, he will shout HELP!!! w/ swaying the bra in the air. We are all laughing.
In Chem.- We have our quiz. Now the lowest will not stand instead dance or sing. The first one who must dance is Kodie but he just stand. They are saying Kodie is Kill Joy. The second is Charmaine, she dance Calabarzon. She is good. The third one is Kodie again then he choose now to clean.
Induction of Officers- They said the program will start at 3 o'clock but the program started almost 4o'clock. Mayor Monte Andaman is our guest speaker. He says many important things. He is a good mayor in their town.
Research Proposals- We have told our own Research Proposals but i was not able to tell any because I haven't finalized yet my ideas. So I'm so sad because I think I got zero there.

I have a memorable weekend this week.

I Idolized Him

My father is my idol due to his uncomparable traits. My father is a loving father who always think first us than him. He makes our family good and enough for needs. He is also industrious enough. Making all payments in our house done and paid. He works day and night. sometimes, he is not anymore going home because of long work. My father is also kind person. He helps people in our town who doesn't have work by entering them in government jobs. That's why I idolized him for that traits.

Monday- We don't have flag ceremony today because it is raining to hard. We have done our activity in Physics about mirror and reflection. We have recheck our test papers in A.P. I was shock when I got zero in quiz in Chemistry and our teacher let us to stand. We have studied new lesson about factoring in Math. It became hard for me. In Research, we have check our blog w/o logging-in (just in blogspot.com). I'm sad because I don't have any picture in my blog.
Tuesday- My day started with a bad weather. I was wet when I arrived in our school. We finalized our data sheets in Physics that will be passed also today. In A.P. I felt OP when we dicussed the lesson found when you read a Bible. In Chemistry, we have again a quiz good thing I a'm not zero again. Martin felt angry because he stand again. HEHHEHE. In Math we have studied different method in getting solution sets. The Case Method.We have dicussed and brainstorm about theResearch Introduction parts.
Wednesday- We have studied drawing the incident ray and reflected ray. In easily understand it but my problem is I don't have protactor. In Music, we have studied about the Korean Music. It is just like the lesson when we our second year. We have measured vlume and mass of water in Chem and we have group activity about the story Moses, Moses.
Thursday- We have done the activity using mirror and the reflection of it. I work with Kim. We do it fast and we have finished it fast also. We have quiz also in A.P. about the Hebreo. As usual our teacher became angry again to us. We have our Family tree but our teacher have given us a chance to revised it. We have continue also the activity in Chemistry. We have repeated the 1 km. run in P.E.We have done the activity in Stat using calculator.
Friday- We have a fine day today. It is not raining we have made the final result in Physics. It is Ronhel Birthday he treated me and my classmates. We have checked the activity in Chemistry. We enter our History of our family in our own blog. I have a funny and interesting week.

The history of Our Family

As I knew our family start from Guillermo and Margarita Areta. Guillermo is a farmer who owns a big land in Cavite. His wife just stayed home, doing household chores and caring for their children. Margariat born a child named Anastacio Areta. Anastacio, given the chance to be the holder of the land that his father farm. He loves Gertrudes Arbas, the daughter of Concepcion Arbas and Martin Arbas ( farmer). They continue their life in Cavite. They have seven siblings, one of them is Maria Areta, who was my grandmother. She have a husband, Edelberto Pareja. Edelberto is a farmer also and Maria is a housewife. They have sixth siblings and my father, Ramir Pareja, is one of them.

In the other side Godofredo Marasigan and Perpetua Cabrera born my grandfather, Benjamin Marasigan. My grandfather loves Leoncia Cabrera, who was the daughter of Marcela and Ricardo Cabrera. They have their life in Batangas, specifically in near the mountains. My grandfather is a farmer and my grandmother is a housewife. They have 3 siblings Myrene M. PAreja is one of them.

Test Week

As usual we have our flag ceremony, we have discussed our previous lessons in Physics as review in our P.T.I forgot to past my survey form in field trip at home but we should pass it that day. Ma'am Nazareno became angry to us because we can't answer her questions. Upon discussing in Chemistry, our teacher told us to bring coins and rag tomorrow.But we don't have classes tomorrow because it is P.T. day tomorrow. We have checked Long Test in Math. I got low grades. We have our P.T. during Tuesday and Wednesday. We were half day in Tuesday, so I do my Suring Basa. After doing that I review for the test. Wednesday, we have sell our earthwatch trashes. Good we got 100+ in the counting. I must attend the "Tagisan ng Talino", but I was late so I was not able to join. Next day, we check our test papers. I got some low grades and some high grades. Our teacher in A.P. is not there, we just lecture about the "Sinaunang India at China". Last day, we run 1 km and 40 m sprint for our P.E. It was very tiring. We conduct the activity about measuring the mass of the coins. In our vacant I have watch the try out in Basketball Varsity. In our falg retreat Kodie is almost crying because his I.D. is in mine so I gave it. It was a exciting and tiring week for me .

Abstract

A diverse array of birds apparently make mechanical sounds (called sonations) with their feathers. Few studies have established that these sounds are non-vocal, and the mechanics of how these sounds are produced remains poorly studied. The loud, high-frequency chirp emitted by a male Anna's hummingbird (Calypte anna) during his display dive is a debated example. Production of the sound was originally attributed to the tail, but a more recent study argued that the sound is vocal. Here, we use high-speed video of diving birds, experimental manipulations on wild birds and laboratory experiments on individual feathers to show that the dive sound is made by tail feathers. High-speed video shows that fluttering of the trailing vane of the outermost tail feathers produces the sound. The mechanism is not a whistle, and we propose a flag model to explain the feather's fluttering and accompanying sound. The flag hypothesis predicts that subtle changes in feather shape will tune the frequency of sound produced by feathers. Many kinds of birds are reported to create aerodynamic sounds with their wings or tail, and this model may explain a wide diversity of non-vocal sounds produced by birds.

4th Week of classes

This is our 4th week of classes, as usual we have our flag ceremony. Ma'am Pareja lead the prayer, it is to long. In Physics we go in the I.C.T. to have an activity there about the color subtraction, it is so nice. I just knew that green is a primary color (not yellow) in light. We have made a device showing color subtraction.In Chemistry, we have a surprised quiz, we were really surprised. We have discussed significant figures and have some exercises about that lesson. In English, we wrote our "Purpose in Life" and published it on our blog. I really don't know what to write there. We were group into 3 to make a PowerPoint presentation about global warming and melting of glaciers. In Math, we have a board work about factoring. Our team won because of me. HEHEHHEHEH!!!. Sir Mojica is not there for 2 days. We have check our blog and our g mail accounts. I'm happy that I open it successfully. In Anal Geom, we have discussed graphing, it is just easy but I got low score caused I forget some equation and formulas. In Filipino, we have grouping again about "Suring Pangnilalaman"(for our group only). The story "Ang Pag-ibig" is so good that's why I liked it. In A.P., we have discussed about the "Pag-unladng Sinaunang Tao". We also discussed about the "Sinaunuang Kabihasnan ng Sinaunan Tao" In P.E., we have Physical Fitness Test. My whole body is aching because on many push ups, curl ups and trunk lift. We have meeting in Kabayani Club. We have no flag retreat because it is raining so hard.

Our Purpose in Life

All of us have purpose in life , all of us have things to do here in our world. Our purpose can be good or bad, different people different purpose. Fo myself my purpose here can not be counted. I knew that I was bon here to take care of our environment. But almost of us aer destroying it. I want to learn more things than I knew now. I want also to discover new technology that can bring people fun. I want to achieve my and my parents goals. I want to give them more convenient life in the future. That's what is my purpose in life.

3rd Week in CNSHS

Monday- As I woke up, I heard on the news that there are no classes because of the storm “Frank”. It our barangay, It seems that there’s no storm signal, the sun shines bright, no rain and it is like a normal day. I just spend my time sleeping and do the assignments that I wasn’t finished.
Tuesday- We have our flag ceremony today. We have discussed the “Penomenon” that affects the human life, it was a good lesson. We rewrite our formal theme in English; I have many wrong so I need to repeat it. During our lunch, my classmate Ann brought foods because their celebrating fiesta that day. We have quiz in Chemistry, it is hard so I got low grade. In Filipino, we discussed the “Elemento ng Tula”. It is a good lesson in Statistics because we have a new ambiance, in the Physics Lab.
Wednesday- I go to school very early. We have our activity in Physics, about waves. But, we didn’t finish it. Mam Malou got angry, but not to us because she was not informed about the new schedule. Grrr!!. In our English time almost all of us because Mam Teny is very angry. We didn’t study that’s why she is very angry. We have quiz in Chemistry about the laboratory apparatuses, no one of us got 50% and above. We wrote a poem about how we will show our love to our country.
Thursday- We continue our activity about waves in Physics. In P.E. we discussed about the Physical Fitness Test. Our teacher were always laughing and laughing because our section is vey “GREEN”. In English we do giving examples about the infinitives. In Chemistry we discussed the laboratory precautions. Mam Nazareno is very angry to us because we didn’t study our assignment. I was called and I didn’t give any answer so I stand long time. Our class in Anal. Geom. was combined because the other teacher in not there. It is sad day today.
Friday- Last day of the school week and it is also the barangay fiesta on us. Upon waking up I notice my parents preparing foods for the fiesta. I invited my friend Rem and some of my grade school friends.
My classmates don’t know that it is fiesta on ours. I got home with Rem and we eat.

2ND Week in CNSHS

1st day- June 16, it was my b-day i'm very happy no one knows that is my b-day except my friend Rem, because if they know that day is my b-day they will not stop saying "LIBRE NAMAN DYAN". I am very irritated people saying that to me. We have passed our LSB in Filipino, my Lsb is like a work of an 2nd year student hehehe. We have a Reading Test in English, i think it is just easy because we already meet the same question like when we are 1st year and 2nd year.
2nd day- This day they just knew that yesterday is my b-day, my former classmates are greeting me "advanced happy b-day". We have no teacher in Chem. but we have seatworks, about brances of chemistry,the chemist and the beginnings of chemisty. Stressed word in English the lesson that i was to confused but the words that we discussed is just easy so i can answer sometimes.
3rd day- We have discussed the scientist who classify the light as a particle and a wave, our teacher Mam Jacque allow us to use the ICT beside our room to research the answers in our seatworks. but I and kodie failed to used the ICT because lack of time. We have also our presentation in Filipino . The group of us has lower score than others. In, Health I'm happy to know that I grew and gain weight. yeheyyyy!!!
4th day- We have reporting about the different scientist who computed the speed of light by different methods. Our group was not pepared so our report is not good. But our teacher is not mad of us. We have our Set 2 in Spelling ,new set of spelling ,new set of assignment. HeHeHe. I'm very shock that i knew our project in Music is a Music video, i don't like doing that but i'll try.
Last day- We have our activity in Physics it's fun and it is gadget like a camera. when we are testing it , objects seen there are in inverted position, it is nice. We need to improve it so clearer object will be seen.

Sir Mojica is not there so we don’t have class in statistics. We have the flag retreat and Mam Pareja discussed the guide lines in the Earthwatch Teens and the opening of the compost pit. This is a happy week for me

My First Week!!!

I got in school very early. We have started our flag ceremony that was lead by the teachers. Our first subject is Physics we have studied all about energy and the things that we will discuss on whole year.
At first my understanding about chemichals is dangerous but after our discussion in Chemistry I have knew that it is not dangerous, all that we eat,breath,drink and things around us all contains chemical.
We dont have electric fan during the first day. Almost all the teachers are very pity of us. But second day we have already electric fans, the 2-H lend us it. We have our Class Organization election, Club Officers election, and also our 2 days Diagnostic Test. I'm really happy to experience this in my First week of classes
